Shipping, delivery times and exchanges
Made to order
Every frame is printed and framed after you order it. That's why we ask for 5 to 8 business days between confirmation and delivery — we'd rather promise an honest date than rush the finish.
Delivery
In the department of Guatemala we deliver it ourselves: Q35 by motorcycle, or Q65 by car when the order has a 50 × 70 cm frame or does not fit on a motorcycle. To the rest of the country we ship with Cargo Expreso, by department and by the weight of the package: from Q50, VAT included. You see the exact amount in the total before paying. We coordinate the day and time slot with you by WhatsApp.
Payment
Card (Visa / Mastercard) through a secure checkout, bank transfer, or cash on delivery in the department of Guatemala.
Exchanges
If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we replace the piece at no cost. Because each piece is made to order we can't accept returns for change of mind — but tell us before we print and we'll adjust your order.
