Shipping, delivery times and exchanges
Made to order
Every frame is printed and framed after you order it. That's why we ask for 5 to 8 business days between confirmation and delivery — we'd rather promise an honest date than rush the finish.
Delivery
We deliver in Guatemala City and the metro area for Q30, free on orders of Q500 or more. We coordinate the day and time slot with you by WhatsApp.
Payment
Card (Visa / Mastercard) through a secure checkout, bank transfer, or cash on delivery in the metro area.
Exchanges
If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we replace the piece at no cost. Because each piece is made to order we can't accept returns for change of mind — but tell us before we print and we'll adjust your order.
